ORDER CONFIRMATION After placing your order you will receive order confirmation by e-mail
PRICES Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR)
TAX AND DUTIES VAT will be applied to orders when dispatched
DELIVERY The items are insured by REICHSTEIN VINTAGE until it is delivered to the delivery point. You will receive an e-mail with tracking number when the order is dispatched. The delivery time is usually 1-5 working days. Please note that extended delivery time can occur, if that is the case you will be notified by mail immediately. We offer world-wide shipping. N.B. If your product has been visibly damaged during shipping, you must refuse the package upon receipt.
SHIPPING COSTS DENMARK Free delivery on all orders. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 250 DKK // approx. 33.60 EUR
CANCELLATION If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail marked ‘Cancellation’ to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention the order date and number in the e-mail. N.B. Cancellations must be made before you receive the shopment confirmation. If we receive the cancellation e-mail after your order has been shipped, we will consider the cancellation a return (please see below).
RETURNS & REFUNDS If you would like to return your purchase, it should be sent back to the address listed below within 28 days of receipt. You must contact us by e-mail within the first 14 days of receipt to inform us of your wish to return or exchange your purchase. Returns received outside of this period will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received including any original reciepts, dustbins or other merchandise bought with the item and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please mark the return with the order number and full name of the person who made the purchase.
We also accept returns delivered personally at our showroom address during opening hours (please see: CONTACT).
The customer is liable for all costs associated with the return.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
PAYMENT We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit, credit cards and Apple Pay.
WARRANTY, CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS You have a 2 years right of complaint on items purchased online at reichsteinvintage.com.
It guarantees the right to complain about a product that is faulty at the time of sale. The burden of proof lies with REICHSTEIN VINTAGE for up to 6 months after purchase, thereafter with the customer for the following 18 months.
N.B. Please note that pre-owned items are not new and therefore might have minor imperfections. Damage to products caused by incorrect wear or handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty.
