RETURNS & REFUND

If you would like to return your purchase, it should be sent back to the address listed below within 28 days of receipt. You must contact us by e-mail within the first 14 days of receipt to inform us of your wish to return or exchange your purchase. Returns received outside of this period will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received including any original reciepts, dustbins or other merchandise bought with the item and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please mark the return with the order number and full name of the person who made the purchase.

We also accept returns delivered personally at our showroom address during opening hours.

The customer is liable for all costs associated with the return.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
